This is a SOCIAL event run under Lorien Trust sanctioned event rules, for characters with living or magical patterns only.

We ask that people do not bring medium or large weapons where possible, as combat is not planned to be a theme of this event and due to being indoors bulky weapons are preferred to be left at home. For those who never go unarmed, small weapons are welcome.

The event is held at Lutterell Hall in Nottingham.

 
The game begins at 6pm and ends at 11.30pm. We will NOT be allowing any players within the building before 6pm, so please time your arrival carefully.

Tickets cost £20 each for over 18s, £10 each for young adventurers. There is a £1 fee added to each ticket to cover Paypal costs.
Those under 5 are free of charge.
All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

For those who wish to provide greater financial support for the faction, a higher priced ticket at £25 or £30 is available, with all profits from the event going towards faction costs.

There is a LICENSED BAR on site. Please do not consume your own alcohol on the premises.

This is a SELF CATERED EVENT. We ask people to bring a sharing plate with them or to cater for themselves. If bringing a sharing plate, please make sure to label allergens and dietary information on your plate. For those with strict dietary requirements, we advise bringing food suitable for your own consumption, and to only eat food provided by others if you are confident of it's suitability. There is a kitchen available on site.

There is NO PARKING on site unless by prior arrangement. The local public carparks include Bridgford Road (Library) Car Park (Bridgford Rd, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 6AP), Albert Road Car Park (18 Albert Rd, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 5GS) and Gordon Road Car Park (17A Gordon Rd, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 5LL), all within five minutes walk of the venue.
