No. Whilst we use PayPal to process payments, you can do so using a debit/credit card without the need to register with PayPal.
Yes! If you book and pay for a ticket for yourself, you can then gift your completed booking to another player. The only condition is that player needs to be registered on this system to be able to transfer the booking to them.
We allow some modification of bookings. Optional tickets, such as meal tickets or requests for bunk space, can be made by viewing your original booking. To change the type of booking you would need to cancel the booking.
On each event page their is an e-mail contact link for the organisers of that particular event.
We only allow an event organiser to see details for players who have booked their event. When you book an event our name, date of birth, and e-mail address become visible to that events organiser. Once the event has passed the organiser will no longer have access to that information. In the case of any dispute the organiser may retain information regarding that dispute (e.g. your name and e-mail address to resolve the dispute).
If the event permits children to attend, all you need to do is book a second ticket for yourself, and select the appropriate tickets for your child. Child tickets will never be displayed on event attendee lists.
If you have yet to pay for your event booking, you can cancel via the link on the event booking under My Account->Event Bookings. If you have paid you will need to contact the Event Organiser to arrange your cancellation and refund.
To give people the option of privacy, we require you to decide if you want to appear on attendee lists for events.
Go to Account Settings and on the left hand side there is a tick box for "Display Bookings". Check this if you want to appear on attendee lists, uncheck it if you dont.
