This event will be held on Gryphon lands and as such Gryphon laws apply

Provisional Event Timings - Subject to Change

Crew will be allowed to be on site for 16:00.

Players will be allowed to be on site from 17:00 to set up.

Dinner on Friday will be aimed for 20:00.

Time in on Friday will be 21:00.

Catering

Catering will be provided by the lovely people at Conspiracy Catering

Catering price is £38 per person payment to PayPal.me/concatering with dietary requirements in the notes

Menu:

Friday Dinner:

Chicken (or fake chicken) in lemon sauce, rice and veg, with dessert.

Saturday Breakfast:

Cooked breakfasts (and/or cereals).

Saturday Lunch:

Southern style chicken crumble.

Saturday Dinner:

Roast dinner with dessert

Sunday Breakfast:

Cooked breakfasts (and/or cereals).

Sunday Lunch:

pasties, "crisps" and a sweet treat to go.

Ticket Information

Tickets are operating on ONE TICKET PER PERSON and your booking will NOT be secure until payment has been received.

Early booking Tickets will be available to Gryphons only from 06/04/2026 and will close on 20/04/2026. Tickets cost £65.00

Early booking tickets will be open to everyone from 20/04/2026 and will close 31/07/2025. Tickets cost £65.00

Late tickets bookings will be open from 31/07/2026 and will close 31/01/2027. Tickets cost £75.00

We will be operating a waiting list should all tickets be sold before the closing date
